Terry Hildebrandt - Twin Cities Social Services Director
Terry Hildebrandt received his undergraduate degree from Minnesota State Mankato in Social Work and Business Administration. His received his graduate degree in Social Work from Augsburg College in Mpls. Hildebrandt has 18+ years of service to The Salvation Army and over 22+ years in the social services.

Chrissie Morrison - Divisional Trainer
When Chrissie Morrison worked for the Fargo Salvation Army in 1997, she was plunged head on into the 500-year floods of the Red River Valley. Through assisting disaster survivors of the Fargo floods and in the aftermath of the St. Peter tornado, Morrison found her niche. In 2000, she moved to the Twin Cities to continue her career serving others in The Salvation Army’s Divisional Disaster Services Department.

Captain Kevin Cedervall -Minneapolis Temple Worship and Service Center
Captain Kevin Cedervall has served as a Salvation Army officer for over 10 years. He has served in five varying positions from inner city to rural churches in four different states. Currently stationed at the Minneapolis Temple corps he serves with his wife Bettie to help minorities and the unfortunate in the Southern region of Minneapolis. This service is carried out in a variety of ways including a wide variety of Church services, Children's programming, and older adult ministries. Captain Cedervall has a passion for the Salvation Army and seeing people won over to a life led by Jesus Christ.

Annette Bauer - Community Relations Director
During the 500-year flood in the Red River Valley, Annette Bauer began working for The Salvation Army as a volunteer. Soon after discovering the amazing breadth of the ministry of The Army, she accepted a position in the development department and eventually was promoted to Public Relations director for Minnesota and North Dakota. Her responsibilities include overall branding of the organization and directing creation of promotional materials and media connections, including acting as spokesperson in many capacities. She has three children in college who are her pride and joy and lives in Buffalo with her husband Scott who is a middle school teacher.
Joel Vaughn - Twin Cities Advancement Manager
When Joel Vaughn traveled to India and Nepal in 1991 he could not imagine how his life would change. His personal mission has become simple: serve others.
Joel lives in Shoreview, MN with his wife Beth and works for The Salvation Army as Twin Cities Advancement Manager. He oversees the Beyond the Red Kettle Tours which extend to individuals an opportunity to learn about The Salvation Army - its history, programs, and services provided in the community. His experience overseas continues to influence and inspire his work today.
