School Principal Shaves Head After Students Raise $15k for Haiti Relief
Jan. 22 was a day of major backfires at two Midwestern schools. In Kansas City, Mo., a teacher was promised tickets to the NCAA’s Final Four if he could sink an almost impossible basket from half-court; he made it, but the school had no such tickets. Then, in Devils Lake, N.D., a school principal made a promise he didn't think he'd have to keep: shave his head if the school raised $5,000 for Haiti disaster relief. (read more)
