Help Needed for Survivors of
Apartment Fire in Plymouth
The Salvation Army is humbly asking for monetary donations to assist survivors of a Jan. 31 fire that destroyed 24 homes at Plymouth Oaks Apartments in Plymouth. The donations will be used to provide new beds and furniture for affected residents. Most of the survivors, or their families, have already contacted The Salvation Army asking for assistance. Debut of ‘In His Name’ Radio Program A Success
The Salvation Army and 95.3 Praise FM’s new radio program, In His Name, debuted last month and is starting to gain steam. In His Name highlights the work of Twin Cities Christians who joyfully serve their neighbors and give all the glory to God. Ever since the program first aired in early January, this much has been made clear: There are some awfully generous people living among us, with some awfully creative ministries. (read more)
