Kevin Love Coat Drive: Give Coats, Get Free Wolves Tickets

Roseville, Minn. – January 23, 2012 – Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love has again partnered with Comcast and The Salvation Army to host a coat drive to help kids in need this winter season.

The Kevin Love Coat Drive tips off Monday, Jan. 23, when the Wolves host the Houston Rockets at Target Center. Love is inviting fans to donate new coats of all sizes now through Feb. 17 at the Target Center box office and seven Comcast locations. All donations support Salvation Army programs.

As a thank you to those who donate, Love has purchased game tickets for the Wolves' home game vs. the Utah Jazz on Wednesday, Feb. 22. Fans will receive a pair of tickets to the game for each new coat they donate (limit of four tickets per family, while supplies last). Used coats will be accepted but will not be eligible for game tickets.

To receive your tickets, donate a new coat at any of these locations:
•Target Center Box Office (600 First Ave N.)
•Comcast - Brooklyn Park (8401 West Broadway Ave.)
•Comcast - Inver Grove Heights (5300 South Robert Trail)
•Comcast - Little Canada (2800 Rice Street, Suite 159)
•Comcast - Minneapolis (801 Plymouth Avenue N.)
•Comcast - Minnetonka (14404 Excelsior Blvd.)
•Comcast - Richfield (6505 Nicollet Ave. S.)

"We've had a mild start to the winter, but it's starting to get pretty cold in Minnesota and many people are in need of new winter coats," Love said. "I want to help out again this year, and with the support of The Salvation Army, Comcast and Wolves fans, we can make a difference this winter for those in need."
