Easter Tradition: Sunrise Service at
Como Park Conservatory in St. Paul
April 24, 7 a.m., everyone welcome
ST. PAUL, Minn. – April 14, 2011 – All are welcome to attend The Salvation Army’s 57th annual Sunrise Easter Service at the Como Park Conservatory, 1225 Estabrook Dr. in St. Paul. The event will be held Sunday, April 24 at 7 a.m.
“We are thrilled to host this special service during another Easter at one of the most beautiful venues in the Twin Cities,” said Lt. Col. Daniel Sjögren, Salvation Army Northern Division Commander, who will deliver the sermon.
Following the service, a free Easter celebration will be held at the St. Paul Salvation Army, 401 West 7th St. The event will feature breakfast and family portraits at 9 a.m., a youth Easter egg hunt at 9:30 a.m. and worship celebration at 10:45 a.m.
