COMMUNITY CARE MINISTRY
The Community Care Ministry provides spiritual and social ministry to the sick, the handicapped, the aged, the shut-in and those who are lonely and discouraged, whether in institutions or private homes.
Through the Community Care Ministry we seek to provide comfort, cheer and material assistance. This ministry is accomplished by individuals through organized groups.
In striving to fulfill the purpose stated above, we:
• provide a weekly, monthly, and seasonal schedule of visitation to all types of hospitals, nursing homes, institutions and private homes where there is a need for the Community Care Ministry.
• assure those to whom we minister, by a continuing interest shown in them, that someone cares for them.
• conduct activities and parties to celebrate birthdays, holidays, and other events.
• seek opportunities to conduct Bible studies and/or religious services in the various institutions as requested or approved by administration.
