THE NEW BUSINESS VOLUNTEER
Your gift of volunteer time may support The Salvation Army in more ways than you think. In our effort to raise funds for important Salvation Army programs across the Twin Cities, we request funding from local corporations. Most of these corporations ask us for a list of employees or retirees who are volunteers for The Salvation Army. In some cases, your volunteer time with The Salvation Army makes us eligible for funding we would not otherwise receive.
Corporations are interested in supporting causes for which employees and retirees volunteer time. This is considered an additional benefit to employees and retirees and demonstrates the company’s commitment to improve the community in which it does business.
As you can see, it is important for us to know if you are currently an employee or a retiree of a business or corporation. The information you provide will potentially be used in support of applications for funding. Thank you!
